30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and enriched by
Boulder clay mixture of glacial origins

with average rainfall of 1250 mm/year
Manual harvesting in crates, pressing
of the whole grapes, destemming and maceration
with native fermentation in wood, devatting after
one month and ageing in wood for one year.
Bottling and ageing in glass
for one year before release.

Ruby red in colour. The generous nose discloses
notes of crushed wild berries and balsamic hints.
